This project was developed within the WATER MATTER EXHIBITION  by the Interference light art Festival in the Medina of Tunis . Zeineb made scientific research on water qualities her artistic material. She used documentation on the development of pH factors in drinking water as data for generating visuals via experimental combinations of scientific data and found water footage in digital software. The visuals are generated directly by data collected about the potability of water . 

The pH is an indicator of chemical changes in water. There are many factors that can affect pH in water, both natural and man-made. Most natural changes occur due to interactions with surrounding rock and other materials. pH can also fluctuate with precipitation (especially acid rain) and wastewater or mining discharges. pH levels can fluctuate daily due to photosynthesis and respiration in the water. The degree of change depends on the alkalinity of the water.
